Opening Delayed For New Clifton Supermarket

CLIFTON, N.J. -- The long-awaited March grand opening for a Botany Village food market is on hold, northjersey.com reports.

The site of the old Pathmark is set to become an Ideal Marketplace, part of America's Food Basket, northjersey.com says.

The owners told northjersey.com they want to ensure the store is 100 percent ready before opening.

Pathmark closed in 2015 when A&P filed for bankruptcy.
